1. Job Purpose :

Increase present market share from . Focusing on Govt Department namely CPWD, PWD, Contractors, Dealer, Builders Segment & Industrial Segment.

2. Job Responsibility :

a. Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function - Must be done)

- Achievement of Sales Target & Collection

- Increasing the customer base

- Appointment of New Dealers in the territory

- Regular update on competitor activity

b. Secondary Responsibility(Other areas of responsibilities like follow ups, being backup for team members, other activities

- Potential mapping & extraction plan

- Working closely with identified accounts & create preference for our brand

- Conducting activities like Inhouse Seminar, Product Presentation in the territory at regular interval

3. Accountability & Authority :

- Responsible for Primary & Secondary in the Territory

- Responsible for Collection of Dues

- Network Expansion by appointing new dealers based on potential analysis
