Pollinate Energy - Executive VP - Sales (3-14 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a high level management role within our Indian business. You will;
Be accountable for sales across existing cities, working under current CSO
Lead and manage India-based Sales Managers across cities (currently 3 Sales Managers each supporting 10-15 Pollinators but this number will quickly grow)
Direct and implement our sales strategy to achieve our vision. We currently sell around 600 products per month, and our goal is to triple that number by the end of 2016. We are looking for an extraordinary individual who can ensure we reach that target!
This role has significant growth potential, including moving into CSO position with excellent performance.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Experience in sales and growing sales (either from scratch or in a new business line)
Direct experience recruiting, training and getting sales teams to excel
A passion for social business and dedication to transform the lives of the poor
SKILLS
REQUIRED
Results driven
Capable of working autonomously in a small business environment-
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Fluency in one additional Indian language (Kannada, Telegu and/or Hindi highly desirable)
DESIRABLE:
- Marketing skills
- Start up experience
