Relationship Manager :
We are looking for a relationship manager who can bring a dedicated focus on agency sales growth, for an exciting new business vertical in a large company. In this role, you will be responsible for on boarding your own team from scratch and focusing on driving greater cross sell of life insurance & Health Insurance from existing teams. You'll work closely with the operations, product and engineering teams to drive sales. You will help us train & create a nation-wide channel for tech-enabled offline life insurance. Expect to spend a substantial part of your energy on client engagements, day - day operations, sales process management, reviews, ensuring targets are met & hiring within your team. Responsibilities :
- Hiring & training of channel partners
- Increasing channel loyalty and engagement.
- Responsible for coordinating with teams for streamlining processes.
- End responsible for all marketing and promotional activities related to Life Insurance & Health Insurance.
- Meeting targets for cross sell on existing insurance channels as well as the dedicated Life Insurance & Health Insurance channel.
Requirements :
- Experience in agency recruitment is a plus.
- Strong demonstrable sales experience.
- Experience of working in an agency is preferred.
- 1-5 years of work experience is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time
- Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
