Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Policybazaar.com in Gurugram.
- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and patience
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
