The person will be responsible for:

i. Generation of leads along with assigned team and identifying decision makers within targeted leads and initiating the sales process.

ii. Managing a portfolio of Top tier corporate clients being the single point of service contact

iii. Managing time and work flow as well as creating effective client meeting plans.

iv. Setting up and delivering sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.

v. Working closely with Product Managers in providing excellent and differentiated customer service.

vi. Handle responsibility for key client retention, per key client revenue optimization & renewals.

vii. Ensuring systematic follow-up with the client organizations and take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.

viii. Becoming an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.

ix. Initiating, leading and managing a framework for achieving business targets consistently.

x. Ensuring High Class Service delivery to identified key clients.

xi. Providing Timely Reports to the supervisors as per the requirements.
