Policybazaar - Loyalty Program Manager - Marketing (5-7 yrs)
- Responsible for continuous enhancement of the program to drive engagement
- Develop a loyalty program calendar and drive execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives and events.
- Develop a communication plan and content to target and engage with the member base
- Ability to effectively segment member databases and create targeted communication for each base
- Create marketing collaterals, newsletters and customer communications with the support of agencies
Qualification : Graduate/MBA with 5-7 years of experience in Loyalty & Brand Management. A combined experience of both loyalty and brand management..
- Has developed a loyalty program for B2B sector - Dcor/ Art/Luxury automobile/ hospitality/ airline/insuretech
- Proactive Experience of working with Loyalty service providers and has created a loyalty program from scratch.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
