Polestar - International Sales Specialist (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business development opportunities in Indian/global markets
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing)
- Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads
- Understanding and analysing business & technical requirements from clients
- Nurturing leads and follow-ups
- Relationship management with existing and potential clients
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues
Compensation : 7.66 LPA (Fixed: 6LPA, Variable: 60k, Retention Bonus: 1 Lac, Insurance: 6k)
Service agreement : 1.5 Years with a payback clause of 3 Lacs
Location : Noida (currently Work from home)
Immediate joining is preferable.
