Polestar - Business Development Representative/Field Sales (0-1 yrs)
Role: Business Development Representative/Field Sales
Location: Noida (In office)
CTC: 10LPA (Based on your qualification)
Service Agreement: 2 Years with payback clause of 2 Lacs
Cheque of Rs. 2,00,000 towards service agreement to be given at the time of joining which will not be encashed and will only be kept as a security purpose
- Identifying new business development opportunities in Indian/global markets.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing)
- Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads
- Understanding and analysing business & technical requirements from clients
- Nurturing leads and follow-ups
- Relationship management with existing and potential clients
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues
