Polar Technologies - Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
Aggressively seek new business opportunities, overseeing all aspects of a Project including market/competitor analysis, due diligence, negotiating and closing.
- Responsible for generating sales and inquiries from the Customer.
- Execute Business Development strategies and identify high value business projects to build long term partnerships.
- Should be capable of evolving business strategies & plans to procure projects.
- Network and liaison within the industry, government agencies and other potential Customers for building effective network and smooth pre and post bidding operations.
- Should be relationship oriented with excellent inter-personal and networking skills to enhance business opportunities.
- Responds to customer inquiries and takes the lead in negotiating contracts and amendments, as well as resolving technical clarifications in a timely manner.
- Thorough Experience in Online Tendering and preparation of Bid Proposals against Global Tenders.
- Review complete inquiry and ensure compliance to all technical and contractual sections.
- Management of all aspects of the bidding process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Should have accomplished & proven experience in sales/marketing with Oil & Gas majors and other Energy Companies, such as ONGC, Reliance, Cairns, Gail, BHEL, and NPCIL; Research Organization likes CSIR/ISRO/DRDO/Autonomic Energy and Earth Science.
- Traveling for Business Promotion.
- Should have relevant experience in global tenders from Oil & Gas or Energy Sector.
