PokerSD - Manager - Customer Relationship (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Just in time Support to Clients through the modes of Call & email for handling Enterprise Accounts.
- Conceptualize and implement plans based on the performance of the process, business targets, process management, training requirements, and operations planning.
- Develop procedures & service standards to increase business efficiency and to enhance productivity.
- Regular Mails/meetings with Stakeholders to speedup up the process of Query Resolution.
- Accumulation of clients' feedbacks & usage frictions data & working with product team in upgrading website features to - make it even more intelligible and user friendly.
- Excellent Exposure to call-center technologies, systems, and processes.
- Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
