Pokerbaazi - Lead/AVP/Senior Role - Marketing (8-12 yrs)
The Marketing Lead/AVP will work closely with Baazi's Marketing Director (& Co-Founder) and take ownership of end-to-end omni channel marketing, brand building initiatives with a purpose of building Baazi brands into top percentile engaging consumer brands in gaming/real money gaming domain.
In that capacity, you will :
- Define short/medium- and long-term marketing/branding strategies to support overall strategy and objective & Leading Marketing, Brand, Partnerships, Creative & Communication
- Drive the brand identity via consumer research, nurturing communication touch points
- Leading Media planning across ATL, BTL, Digital
- Driving large scale campaigns, brand communication, promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital as well as offline) with revenue focus
- Develop thorough understanding of consumer metrices, market drivers & identifying their wants/needs and triggers to purchase
- Leading organic Social Media brand presence, Celebrity & Influencer marketing, Content marketing initiatives including Blogs, Infographics, Industry Reports etc.
- B2B marketing & campaigns to drive Ads Revenue growth across Baazi brands
- Study competitive landscape insights, conduct marketing analysis throughout the product life cycle, support the achievement of sales results, do an analysis of the project results, and drive the continuous solutioning of the marketing strategy
- Establish reporting and information sharing cadence with key / senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with several stakeholders across Product, Tech, Customer Support & UX teams on key projects
- Manage the brand budget and annual planning process (complete ownership)
- Drive the Marketing function and team in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)
- 7-8 years' experience in marketing or growth roles in consumer internet and/or e-commerce businesses, in decision making capacity
- 4+ years of experience in managing Brand evolution, growth and digital across B2C platforms & Offline
- Excellent skills and ability to manage brand creation and scale up, performance marketing and trade marketing
- Strong background in running digital as well as offline campaigns and customer engagement
- Ownership Mindset, willingness & demonstrated ability to do more with less to drive results
- Entrepreneurial, be unafraid to try new things, able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks and should have ownership attitude
- Ability to consume vast amounts of data and qualitative analysis, identify problem statements and create actionable marketing plans
- Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making trade-offs against business priorities
- Passion for data, metrics and quantitative/qualitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable marketing plans Collaborative and high on integrity.

- Confident and convincing communicator
YOU'LL WORK WITH :
- This role directly aligns to Marketing Director & Co-Founder of Baazi Games. Additionally, given the expanse & impact of the role, it will closely work with Senior Leadership as well to drive specific marketing & brand objectives of respective Baazi products / brands (PokerBaazi, BalleBaazi, CardsBaazi & Mobile Gaming Platform)
- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG's values and culture
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential
