Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, showcasing our properties and services, and building strong relationships with prospective buyers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities :
Client Visits : Schedule and conduct property visits with prospective clients to showcase available properties and services offered by the company.
Sales Presentations : Present and explain the features and benefits of our properties and services to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized service and support throughout the buying process.
Market Knowledge : Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
Negotiation : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals successfully.
Documentation : Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for property transactions.
Follow-up : Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify potential referral opportunities.
Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.
Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Licenses : Valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one.
Skills :
