POD365 - Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager/Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

2. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

3.Data Mining & Sending Emails (Email Marketing)

- Data Mining & Calling

- Reaching out to people through LinkedIn

- Portals such as Upwork and Freelancer.com

- Digital Marketing (DM) / SEO efforts (Inbound Leads)

4. Once a lead is generated, they give that lead to Sales Executive for further execution/conversion of leads (BDE generally do not involve in client calling).

5. Generate the database of target companies based on revenue, employee strength, etc. through online research and other means in the India or International market.

6. Maintain your target database and continuous follow-up to the list

7. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

8. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

9. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

10. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements and skills

1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

2. Proven sales track record into the Lead Generation process

3 . Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

4. Proficiency in English

5. Market knowledge

6. Communication and negotiation skills

7. Time management and planning skills

8. BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

- Work from Office

Timing 12 pm to 8 pm
