Pocket52 - Inside Sales Specialist (1-3 yrs)
Job Description
1. Calling new, existing and potential customers to persuade them to play Poker on our platform
2. Accurately recording details of each call in our CRM
3. Educating our customers about our offers and promotions from time to time
4. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume & sales
5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with our product & services
6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
7. Developing in-depth knowledge of our products & services and also for competition products & services
8. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
9. Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands
10. Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
11. Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
12. Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
13. Adheres to and supports company policies and practices
14. Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment
2. Excellent Oral & Verbal Communication skills (English and Hindi)
3. Strong negotiation & consultative sales skills
4. Graduate
5. Minimum 12 months of Inside Sales experience (Telesales)
6. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM
