Responsibilities :
- Create and implement the performance marketing strategy for all objectives awareness, traffic, acquisition, and conversion.
- Lead and develop a world-class team of performance marketing specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic Native, Affiliate, and Partnerships.
- Manage and steer large, high-scale monthly Performance Marketing budgets
- Forecast, monitor, and achieve customer acquisition, conversion, and pipeline goals via paid channels
- Acquire new customers with efficient CAC in line with budgets and targets
- Plan and allocate performance marketing budgets for maximum impact in each market
- Determine, set, and track KPIs, growth metrics as well as the OKRs for the performance marketing team
- Work closely with the Product team on conversion optimization and the Analytics team to draw actionable insights
- Collaborate with Design & Content Marketing teams to develop relevant content and creatives for campaigns
- Manage all internal stakeholders and external third parties, digital agencies, and service providers
- Develop a strong reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for all our apps and platforms
Qualifications & Key Skills :
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Performance Marketing including 2+ years in leadership/manager roles.
- Hands-on working experience with DV360 is a must along with other Programmatic DSPs.
- Proven Track record of working with multi-million dollar monthly programmatic buying budgets.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering large scale performance marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong background in managing app-focused campaigns (Android & iOS)
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and the latest trends
- Highly analytical can glean insights from complex sets of information
- Excellent at stakeholder management and have a highly collaborative approach to working with internal and external partners
- Very comfortable navigating analytics and MarTech tools like Appsflyer, WebEngage, Firebase, Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent understanding of excel and advanced excel functions
- Proactive mindset, hands-on mentality, and a passion for all things lead to acquisition, growth, and performance marketing
