Job Role :

- Deliver a smooth servicing experience, being the primary point of contact for all partner needs from defining and executing deliverables to monitoring performance and reporting

- Understand partner expectations and KPIs, identify and execute deliverables most effective for those goals to maximize tangible ROI like website traffic, brand recall, app downloads, sales, etc

- Collaborate and troubleshoot with Programming, Creative, Production, Operations, Marketing and other internal teams to successfully deliver and manage partner expectations without compromising creatives

- Work alongside the Sales team to identify opportunities for the further growth of the accounts/campaigns

Requirements :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high aptitude for managing expectations (internally and externally) and articulating rationale

- Experience in a client interfacing role and/or in partnering with internal teams to achieve client goals and needs is preferred

- A team player with the ability to manage multiple relationships effectively

- Proven project management experience and ability to navigate and communicate timelines and deliverables with accuracy is preferred

- Ability to prioritize, and comfortability with managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to think strategically, stay focused, calm and positive under pressure

- Quick thinking, propensity to solve matters rather than dwell on the problem at hand

- Strong sense of storytelling is a plus

- Strong analytical skills to be able to fully understand and report performance metrics.

- Experience with Facebook, Instagram and YouTube insights is a plus

- A sound understanding of or interest in the current online advertising landscape and diverse engaging content formats like fiction short video, fiction web series, live trivia, e-gaming, memes, and food and lifestyle series for brands across categories is preferred
