Pocket Aces - Channel Growth Analyst (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for a growth analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for growing the distribution of the channel's content on all existing and new distribution platforms. You will be responsible for customer and user acquisition, activation retention and upselling through product and distribution interventions.
Job Description:
- Design and run campaigns for Facebook, Instagram and Youtube
- Develop data models and generate insights to meet channel growth objectives
- Analyze audience data and develop frameworks to increase audience acquisition and retention
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer journey and current trends to improve marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the growth associate and channel manager to understand key learnings and share with the team members
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify key areas of improvement and leverage campaign data to improve future campaigns
- Develop hypotheses and conduct A/B tests to test content themes, growth hacks etc
- Develop an understanding of the FC audience lifecycle and leverage learnings in digital campaigns
