Reporting To : Chief Manager - Surrender Retention
Location : Gurgaon/Delhi
- Identifying the potential areas & develop plan to improve persistency.
- Maintaining high level of involvement with the Bank/s in getting requisite support and drive
- Driving & implementing the National /Zonal/Regional persistency initiatives.
- Maintaining trackers & reports for stakeholders
- Achieving the monthly/quarterly/annual persistency targets set for the assigned branches
