Plutus - Senior Sales Officer (1-10 yrs)
- To Build and Manage a Sales Team under themself.
- The Sales team along with the Manager will be responsible for finding good quality customers for all our banking products like Business Loans, Daily Collection Loan, Fixed Deposits, Monthly Investment Schemes etc.
- Will need to work proactively to Meet Monthly Sales targets.
- Contribute towards making Marketing and Sales Strategy to ensure Competitive Advantage and Minimum NPA.
- Manage all aspects of Customer Relationship including Loan Recovery, Customer Feedback, Handling Customer Query and Bringing in the Legal Team If and when necessary.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
