PlugXR - Sales Specialist (1-7 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
1. Identifying and prospecting new customers and reaching out to potential customers who can benefit from your AR/VR/MR SAAS produce
2. Researching the market, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other social media platforms to find and engage with prospects
3. Managing existing accounts and maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers
4. Conducting regular check-ins, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and upselling or cross-selling additional products
5. Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations and effectively presenting your AR/VR/MR SAAS product to potential customers, showcasing its features and benefits, and explaining how it can solve their problems and improve their business processes
6. Negotiating and closing deals with customers and understanding their needs and budget, and finding ways to create win-win solutions that work for both parties
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and working closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the product continues to evolve to meet market demands
8. Maintaining accurate records of your sales activities, including tracking leads, pipeline, and forecasting revenue
9. Using CRM tools to manage customer data and communications
10. Driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the product
Skills & Requirements :
1. Minimum 1+ years of experience in Saas based company in sales
2. Self-motivated
3. Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is a plus but not required
4. Strong phone presence
5. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
6. Ability to deliver engaging presentations
7. Knowledge of web presentation tools
8. Outgoing personality and is easy to have conversations with
9. Assertive personality, persistent, and a great listener
10. Desire to pursue a career in SaaS sales
11. Prior sales experience is a must with experience in SaaS sales being a bonus
