PlugXR - Sales Specialist (1-7 yrs)
- Sales Specialists will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- Candidates must be comfortable making outbound calls, sending well-articulated emails, giving product demos, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities :
- As a sales specialist in the AR/VR/MR space for PlugXR, your day-to-day responsibilities would typically include the following :
- Identifying and prospecting new customers : You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers who can benefit from your AR/VR/MR SAAS product. You will need to research the market, use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other social media platforms to find and engage with prospects.
- Managing existing accounts : You will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers. This includes regular check-ins, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and upselling or cross-selling additional products.
- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations : You will need to be able to effectively present your AR/VR/MR SAAS product to potential customers, showcasing its features and benefits, and explaining how it can solve their problems and improve their business processes.
- Negotiating and closing deals : You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers. This includes understanding their needs and budget, and finding ways to create win-win solutions that work for both parties.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams : You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the product continues to evolve to meet market demands.
- Maintaining accurate records : You will need to maintain accurate records of your sales activities, including tracking leads, pipeline, and forecasting revenue. You'll also need to use CRM tools to manage customer data and communications.
- Overall, as a sales specialist in the AR/VR/MR space for a SAAS start-up, your focus will be on driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the product.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science( B.COM/ B.Tech/B.SC) or equivalent education
- At least 1+ year experience in SaaS sales
- MBA is a plus (but not necessary)
Skillset :
- Self-motivated
- Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is a plus but not required
- Strong phone presence
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Knowledge of web presentation tools
- Outgoing personality and easy to have conversations with
- Assertive personality, persistent, and a great listener
- Desire to pursue a career in SaaS sales
- Prior sales experience is a must with experience in SaaS sales being a bonus Salary + Incentives As per industry standards with an excellent incentive and bonus program.
