PloPdo - Manager - Customer Success (10-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in successfully adopting and integrating company products or services into their operations. This includes conducting product training, providing technical support, and helping with setup and customization.

- Develop strong relationships with customers and act as their main point of contact.

- Listen and understand their requirements, provide timely responses, and proactively resolve any issues or concerns.

- Monitor customer health and engagement metrics to identify potential risks or opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, increase customer loyalty, and reduce churn.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalise on upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Understand the customer's business objectives and align company solutions to help them achieve their goals.

- Serve as a customer champion within the company, providing valuable feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams. Promote customer success stories and testimonials to showcase the company's value proposition.

- Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to each client, including specific objectives, milestones, and success metrics. Regularly review progress and adjust strategies to ensure customer success.

- Organise and deliver product training, webinars, workshops, or knowledge sharing sessions to educate customers about product updates, best practices, and industry trends.

- Track and analyse customer data, usage patterns, and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and improvements. Generate regular reports and present findings to internal stakeholders
