PloPdo - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving business growth within a company. To develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and growth projects, make sales projections, and forecast revenue, in line with projected income.
- Research the target market for assessing & understanding the target market size & buying potential.
- Visits to institutions for multiple Below the line (BTL) activities.
- Cold visits to Higher-Educational clients like Engineering, business, and graduates to explain the company's Products.
- Organise multiple Seminars/webinars/workshops for student engagements.
- Create awareness in institutions about our courses.
- Generating leads via BTL activities in higher institutions.
- Update opportunity tracking tools like Zoho to provide a precise forecast of the pipeline to the Sales Head.
- Proven track record in the higher education sector and existing relationships with the institutions would be preferred.
What are our requirements ?
- Experience : 3 - 6 years of B2B2C Sales experience
- Good communication skills
- A flair for consultative selling, and someone who has exposure to the higher education segment.
- Candidates should be initiative driven and must be independent in carrying out tasks and building the pipeline.
- Good convincing skills
- Hands-on understanding of concepts & Consultative selling.
- Perseverance, sincerity, out-of-box thinking, and patience to handle lengthy sales cycles.
- Languages : English, Hindi, and other local languages
