Overview :

- A Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base. They identify potential clients, generate leads through various channels, and establish strong relationships with decision-makers. Their role involves market research, lead generation, and client relationship management to drive new business opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities :

- Performance Improvement

Revenue Growth : The revenue of the agency needs to improve month on month to meet the revenue targets set.

Lead Generation : Increase the number of qualified leads bought into the company.

Closure Rate : Continuously improve the lead qualification criteria's, pitch and presentation process to increase the lead conversion.

Process improvement : Streamline internal processes to maximize operational efficiency, identify and suggest areas for improvement in workflows and procedures to bring in best-in-class processes.

Other :

Business Growth Strategy : Recommend, develop and implement new strategies to drive business growth, expand to new markets and increase revenue

Implement BD Initiative : Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and MD to implement growth initiatives

Conduct Seminars and Workshops : Conduct seminars and workshops to educate potential customers about the field of marketing and advertising.

Sales and Business Development : Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, Track record of successfully expanding the client base and driving revenue growth, Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure contracts and close sales.

Client Relationship Management : Skill in building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, Ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service, Expertise in managing client expectations and fostering long-term partnerships

Marketing and Advertising Knowledge : Proficiency in marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, Understanding of branding and positioning to effectively promote products or services, Familiarity with digital marketing channels and their role in driving business growth.

Market Research and Analysis : Proficiency in gathering and analyzing market data to gain insights, Skill in evaluating customer preferences, trends, and competition, Ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

Strong Communication Skills : Aptitude in conveying ideas clearly and persuasively in verbal and written format

Persuasive Abilities : Ability to influence and persuade potential clients, addressing their concerns and objections while showcasing the benefits of the offering.

Requirements :

- 3- 5 years of experience in driving sales and revenue growth for agencies in the advertising, marketing or creative fields.

- Proven track record in identifying and acquiring new clients to expand the agency's customer base.

- Experience in pitching, negotiating and closing projects with corporates and large enterprises.

- Experience in delivering seminars and workshops for audience of 100+ participants.
