- We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the go to market team for Contacto, one of Plivo's new SaaS solutions. Contacto is an omnichannel contact center for B2C customer service teams that utilizes Plivo's cloud communication platform. Because Contacto is a new product in the customer service industry, this role provides the opportunity to build and grow a new brand within an existing company.
- The ideal candidate for this role has a strong ability to understand Contacto's technical capabilities and apply these abilities to different use-cases in the CCaaS market. This person will be responsible for working with the go-to-market team to develop and refine Contacto's positioning and messaging and serving as the product marketing expert for Contacto. In addition, this person will support go to market efforts by creating marketing and sales assets, educating the go-to-market team on new product releases, and developing sales trials and demos. Lastly, this person will be responsible for educating the teams on recent trends and competitors in the CCaaS market.
- This role reports to the leader of the go-to-market team for Contacto, and is a great opportunity for candidates who want to work in an early stage, fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment and make a big impact. This position will be remote, working from home anywhere across India.
1. Contacto & Market Expertise :
- Develop deep understanding of Contacto features and positioning
- Develop detailed understanding of competitor capabilities
- Actively pursue industry trends and report to GTM team
2. Go To Market Enablement :
- Work with go-to-market leaders to develop positioning and messaging of new and existing product functionality
- Own new product announcements including new features and modules (new.contacto.com, blogs, landing pages, case studies and other assets)
- Create sales enablement training and assets (pitch decks, videos, battlecards)
- Record and release internal videos demonstrating new product capabilities
- Work with product team to record and release external videos demonstrating new product capabilities
- Enable sales teams with demos, trials, and early-stage implementation support
Qualifications :
- 4-5 experience in a marketing or product role
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to develop strong technical product knowledge and proficiency in Contacto
- Ability to position and demo Contacto to creatively solve customer's needs
- Experience with positioning and messaging product and features for certain personas
- Experience with sales enablement and competitor research
