Pleasure Spaces - Executive - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify Potential Clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
- Develop relationship with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationship.
- Partner with Sales team to create contract winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with design and production team to ensure production are executed on time and as agreed.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business process and operations and remain up to date on industry news.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word of mouth, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective client.
- Crafting business proposals and present it to the clients.
- Collecting and reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary suggestions.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums - through social media, phone, email or meeting in person.
- Holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Travel to customers place and tradeshows to promote company's services.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent Verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with people
- Real Estate industry experience or knowledge will be an added advantage
Education & Experience :
- Master's Degree MBA in Marketing or Business Administration or similar.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
