- As a Senior Account Director with Please See//, you will primarily be responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As the senior point of contact for our clients you will co-ordinate the resources needed to service accounts, build strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.
- You will be expected to plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in your agency's new business program.
- You need to consistently demonstrate excellent team management skills and operational/business management capabilities in order to drive successful engagements.
Key Skills :
- Taking a lead in clients- marketing/communication and advertising strategies
- Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service
- Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
- Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
- Assisting other senior members while pitching for new business.
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
- The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Aid in Building a central knowledge hub for the agency which will facilitate information on product, new innovation opportunities, concepts etc.
- Overall strategy to tackle competition tactics
Other Skills required :
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- A background in advertising, design or marketing is required
- Innovative bend of mind, finds a design and creative communication approach to every solution
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective team management and operational capabilities
- A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
