Planify - Customer Care Executive (1-4 yrs)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our Share Transfer team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and facilitating smooth communication regarding share transfers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Communication : Attend incoming calls and engage with customers to address inquiries related to share transfers and related services.
- Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation : Assist customers in completing necessary documentation for share transfers and provide guidance on the process.
- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding pending requests and ensure timely responses.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless transfer process and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reporting : Prepare weekly reports on customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for management review.
- Customer Education : Provide information to customers regarding shareholding services, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Education : Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience : Previous experience in client servicing or customer support, preferably in finance or share transfer services.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
