Your Roles and Responsibilities :

The Person would be the owner of all marketing communications that will going out from the company across all geographies.

The key areas of contribution would be :

1) Email, SMS and IVR communication :

- Create the content of all mailers, SMS's, and IVRs that go out from the company across the complete life cycle of the customer. This includes lead generation, lead conversion, customer onboarding, customer engagement, teacher selection, teacher onboarding, teacher engagement, etc.

- Customize the messaging to different geographies: India, the US, and the Middle East

2) Performance Marketing Collaterals :

- Design customized performance marketing collaterals for both text and video formats across different channels

- A/B test for effectiveness and refine

3) Sales collaterals :

- Design marketing collaterals for the sales teams such as flyers, brochures and presentations

- Craft messages and emails for the sales teams to help in conversion

4) Website and landing pages :

- Craft messages for the website, landing pages and blogs that lead to better conversion

- Work closely with the community team to createcommunicationforvariousevents

- Craft communication relevant to various sections of the app

5) Internal and External Communication :

- Craft persuasive internal and external communication such as emails and press releases

- Create newsletters to engage, retain and renew the customer.
