PlanetSpark - Associate - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
1) Give outbound calling and pitch the product
2) Conduct video counselling sessions with the Clients/Parents.
3) Explain what Public speaking is and how it can add up or contribute in their kid's success.
4) Helping the Clients in their Decision Making.
5) Generate Revenues by Doing Sales/by getting the child Aligned in the Product of Planet Spark.
Requirements :
1) Excellent communication & Presentation Skills
2) Laptop and stable internet
3) Good convincing skill
4) Street smart
Training period : 1month
Stipend : 21428
After training CTC will be 4.1 LPA fixed + 2.4 LPA variable
