Planet Green - Executive - Sales - Real Estate Vertical (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Actively engage in the sales process by generating and following up on leads for property sales.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective clients, providing detailed information on plots, pricing, and location benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to their property-related needs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate offers and close property sales transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote property listings.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with the best advice.
