Looking for Real Estate Sales Executive for Commercial Real Estate Consultancy
- Doing site visit with clients
- Offering them multiple offices to Corporate and IT Clients
- Identifying new properties
- Meeting clients and key decision makers
- Cold call as appropriate within your geographic area to ensure a healthy pipeline of business opportunities. Meet potential/prospective clients & increase visibility on winning the contract by continuous effort.
- Prospect for potential clients and convert them in our favour.
- To keep himself/herself informed on new business opportunities from the Social & print media/websites for active development.
- Research and build relationships with new prospects.
- Identify potential clients & decision makers within client's organization.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
