Job Responsibilities :
- Identifying upcoming industrial projects for business opportunities.
- Develop contacts with prospective industrial clients, PMCs and Architects.
- Preparing pre bid queries and attend pre bid meetings.
- Giving Presentations in pre bid meeting and introducing Company's Profile.
- Correspondence with clients during the bidding stage.
- Study of the Tender documents with tender team for preparing salient features and suggest pre bid meeting points.
- Identifying key Clients, PMC & Architects for maintaining better relation with our company.
- Follow-up with consultant/client for fourth coming tenders and preparation of pre qualification documents and generate the new enquiry.
- Documentation for the projects already taken and future projects to be taken for strategy building.
- Regular Track of various website, newspapers for upcoming opportunities.
- Taking feedback from Clients, PMCs & Architects regarding completed projects so as to improve our processes and Business Operations.
- Maintain close relationships with the customer during the entire construction to ensure repeat business and opportunity.
