Plancess EduSolutions - Head - Online B2C Sales (4-11 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be required to take complete ownership for achieving the sales target of the B2C Sales/ Counseling Team
- Establish strong relationship with the team through detailed meetings for performance improvement and motivation, to ensure they achieve respective targets
- Establish long-lasting business and counseling relationships with consumers of the product
- Responsible for targets and sales oriented environment, and willing to take sales escalations if the need arises
- Successfully Interface with teams (production / marketing / technology / support etc.) to ensure sales as and when needed
- Ensure strong team bonding through constant interaction with multiple teams and daily management of attendance and issues
- Create and Maintain a strong Reporting structure which can be used to analyze data and create better sales strategies
- Ensuring TAT for various Sales related issues is followed with perfection, through micro-level analysis of the same
Skill Sets :
- Must have minimum 4 yrs of exp. in a Sales Leadership role
- Confidence to manage minimum team of 40+ people through multiple tiers
- Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Understanding of using MIS skills involving CRM and ERP
- Understanding of sales cycle and ensure constant motivation and counseling to the team members
- Willing to act as driving force within the team, by conducting frequent meetings and ability to judge their strengths and weakness
Preferred :
- Experience in selling learning solutions in Indian market is a must.
- Experience in closing sales and achieving revenue targets set by the management.
