Business Development Executive
Job Summary :
- The Business Development Role have to approach targeted business clients actively set a pipeline and source new leads until getting them started. Manage relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.). We are seeking a quick learner and someone with a good overseas sales track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
Roles and Responsibility :

- Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls and leads and Sales Closures
- Must have B2B, B2C experience
- Experience in working with a CRM
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Negotiating and renegotiating to close the deal.
- Providing round-the-clock support to customers.
- Understanding the requirement, do the online research of competitors, Customers, products and so on to get more insight.
- Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically.
- Convert leads to customers.
- Excellent analytical, listening and organizational skills & Selling skills
- Effective English verbal & written communication skills as you will be assisting US, UK & Canadian Customers
- Good team player
