PlaceofOrigin - Assistant Key Accounts Manager (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Accountable for planning and delivering Sales, Share of sales, Gross Margin and Trade investment goals of the sellers
- Accountable for increase in number of quality sellers
Seller Relationship Management :
- Negotiate the annual trading terms with the customer in line with overall strategy and objectives of Place of Origin
- Working closely with seller for identifying areas of compliance, gastronomic and operational excellence including technical details, sufficient for product and brand improvement
- To check correct representation of information for customer's products on various channels
- Working with Operations team to ensure the 4 P execution on the ground is in line with agreements
- Build quarterly promotional plans with the seller and cascade down the plan through the marketing team
- Responsible for negotiations on visibility with sellers by selling them the idea of promotion
- Plan, evaluate and ensure implementation of seller specific promotion
Seller base growth :
- Research, analyze, conduct market studies, ensure curation to add vendor and his products to customer base
- Collect essential details for operations and sign legal agreements with suitable customers
Commercial :
- Responsible for ensuring timely processing of claims from seller and follow up on receivables from sellers if any
- Involved in negotiation of seller agreement
NPD Listing (New Product Development) :
- Deliver profit story to ensure new products/initiatives of the customer are packaged and aligned to the sellers. (Convincing the sellers on the listing of NPDs, negotiating for closure of agreement and required details for listing and ensuring availability on the site on regular basis)
