We are looking for a passionate and talented Manager to lead our marketing activities. If you- re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we- d like to meet you.
Here's what we- re looking for:
- 5-7 years experience in end-to-end Marketing & Operations roles.
- Demonstrated skills in managing a dynamic team of Marketing professionals
- Demonstrated end to end expertise in Digital Marketing, Outreach and prior experience in a Marketing agency.
- Great understanding of B2B Marketing concepts like demand generation and metrics like SQL- s, MQL's and sales enablement solutions.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals (channels, tracking, conversion, personalization), SEO, SEM, and other Digital Marketing Nuances.
- Adept at leading, managing, and supporting a team to achieve its goals.
- Ability to monitor, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against team KPIs, surfacing data-driven insights to improve performance and drive innovation.
- Someone who can lead the team to identify ways to improve key marketing operations, processes, and workflows to enhance overall departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
- A clear vision of market trends, marketing automation platforms, and technology systems.
- Ability to monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
Other Requirements :
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, or relevant field.
- Hands-on experience in Marketing and Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Analytical and detail oriented mindset.
