Job Description:
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and prospecting potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the sales team. The role involves conducting market research, creating targeted lists of potential clients, reaching out to them through various channels, and qualifying leads. The Business Development Executive works closely with the sales team to ensure that the leads generated are of high quality and have a high potential for conversion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
- Create targeted lists of potential clients based on specific criteria.
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels such as email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on their level of interest and potential for conversion.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
- Continuously maintain and update the lead database.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the leads generated are of high quality and have a high potential for conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute campaigns to generate new leads.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activity and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Freshers are Welcome, Experience in the same field is an advantage.
