Job Details/ Criteria
Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility :
- Responsible and accountable for Building the membership base in the region and ensuring retention of existing members, planning and executing Forums, Initiatives, activities and Sessions in Tamil Nadu.
- Member relationship management in Tamil Nadu: Account Management, Adding New Members, promoting member engagement with Company, regular visits to members, member communications, follow-up on member requests and queries; designing and delivering innovative member services, collection of membership fees and other receivable
- Building the membership base in the region and ensuring retention of existing members.
- Help in setting up Regional forums and initiatives, organize and execute existing Company's initiatives and forums.
- Experience in identifying speakers, target audience, marketing and execution of events. Managing logistics of venue and negotiating with vendors will be essential.
- Ability to market the event though appropriate mailers, information on website, mailing and tele-calling etc.
- Complete maintenance of records for each event. Preparing Event Financials.
- Organize and maintain database.
- Provide support to national events in other regions as when required. Fixing appointments / meetings with delegations and member.
- Any other work as required.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience :
An MBA with a specialization in Marketing, with 4 - 6 years of relevant experience. Should have the ability to build and sustain relationships to promote member engagement with Company.
