Pivotal Software - Presales Role (3-5 yrs)
- Assisting the ER&D council secretariat in various initiatives & programs
- Manage the various program activities on a regular basis. Organize and schedule between all the various stakeholders (both internal to the organization as well as with external stakeholders) who work on various ER&D council initiatives.
- Support the ER&D Secretariat in the execution of the initiatives & programs
- Maintain progress of various initiatives, report progress, and completes the appropriate documentation including minutes of meetings, reports, summary
- Ensure that the program operate within the approved budgets - monitor program expenditures, ensure that all financial records for the initiatives are up to date
- Communicate relevant information to the required stakeholders, manage changes in schedule dates, changes in the project's requirements, unexpected glitches
- Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and suggest appropriate actions to control the risks
- Work with external agencies in developing collaterals that aid in showcasing capabilities of ER&D from India
- Coordinate internally and externally with members/agencies for the various roadshows and events in strengthening the ER&D ecosystem in the country
- Engineering University degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field
- Good communication and a team player
- Should be able to influence people outside of the team
