Business Development Manager / Account Manager
- The Account / sales Manager needs to build strong and lasting clients- relationships by achieving clients- marketing/advertising objectives. He/She must have proven track records account servicing, client retention, growing existing client accounts and meeting revenue targets.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain relationship with clients- senior marketing management.
- Pitch concepts and summaries results during multiple client meetings
- Conducts regular reviews of his/her client portfolio to assess client problems, opportunities, and work in progress.
- Generates revenue to meet organization revenue targets
- Creates account strategies, leading projects from conception to final execution
- Reviews annual projections of client gross income and personnel needs.
- Ensures a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned ensuring deadlines are met and projects are kept to budget.
- Periodically reviews account profitability to ascertain that a reasonable profit is being earned from the work done for each client.
- Promotes, when appropriate, other agency services, such as research and public relations.
- Proactively analyses and provides solutions to key developments which have implications for his/her client counterparts or agency management.
Requirements :
- Minimum Degree in Commerce/Advertising/Marketing/Business
- Other advertising relevant professional certifications will be considered
- Minimum 3 years as Senior Account Manager for Account Director role
