1. Business Development-Exports
a. Identification of export market opportunities for Birla PIVOT
b. Market sizing for construction material and related segment
c. Identification of brands/players
2. Design GTM strategy for identified markets
3. Setting up exports for Birla PIVOT
a. Identification of channel partners (commission agents/ logistics partners/distributors in target markets etc.)
b. Setting up processes: documentation requirement/commercial processes/logistics requirement etc.
1. 12-15 Yrs. of overall experience in international business, preferably in construction material domain.
2. Experience of setting up export business.
3. Exposure to international trade platforms: Online platform, Trade fairs, BNI (Business Networking International) chapters etc.
4. Should have network connections with International Brands/C&F/ trade logistics company etc.
5. Awareness of international trade framework (FTAs, Trade laws, Port network, freight cost hedging)
Good to have :
1. International business exposure in multiple construction material categories.
2. Exposure to digital platform (preferably B2B)
