Pitstop is looking for Customer Support/Telesales Executive for Koramangala office.
Responsibilities:
- Good at managing Customer Request & Service Management, act as Service Adviser
- Should be able to identify the potential customer and understand needs
- Up selling & Cross-selling of Services offered by company
Requirements:
- Should have knowledge of Excel, PPT, Mailing, Tele Calling
- Should be fluent in English
- Passionate and Self driven Professionals with relevant work experience in Sales & Operations, Focused, and Responsible for Good Customer Experience & Presentable.
- Added advantage for resources from automotive domain.
- Good listener and Problem Solving
- Quick learner with Good communication skills
- Capable of handling customer rejection.
- Self-motivated and willing to work hard to exceed targets in an ever dynamic start-up environment
