Key Role:

- Merchant Lead generation, Merchant acquisition, Merchant On-boarding & training, Merchant relationship management, Merchant account maintenance.

Job role and responsibility are include but limited to :

- Identifying and on-boarding Car service providers in the city.

- Implementing necessary training to onboard service provider on how to use Pitstop Software to their maximum advantage.

- Establish effective working relationships with merchants.

- Generate and manage service order reports on a weekly basis for all service providers in the city.

- Very closely work with operation team to understand the process and solve supply related issues.

- Very closely work with marketing team to increase customer engagement with the brand and product to maximise the lead generation.

- Organize & participate in trade shows, industry events, seminars & conferences to build network & awareness for Pitstop.

Who are we looking for :

- 0-2 years of work-experience in startups, Business Development or marketing roles.

- Candidate must be based in Bangalore.

- Ability & willingness to hit personal & team targets month on month.

- Strong presentation and negotiation skill.

- Strong communication skills and a flair for writing.

- Self-motivated and willing to work hard to exceed targets.

- Analytical mindset and data driven decision making mentality.

- Hustle and get things done attitude.

- Bachelors degree.
