Pitch Catalyst - Sales Professional (2-3 yrs)
Sales and Business Development :
1- Identify and target potential clients in the startup and SaaS sectors.
2- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
3- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
4- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.
Client Relationship Management :
1- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
2- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
3- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
4- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Sales Operations :
1- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
2- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
3- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
4- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales materials.
Qualifications :
1- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2- 2-3 years of proven sales experience, particularly in startup and SaaS environments.
3- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and SaaS industry.
4- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
7- High level of self-motivation, integrity, and professionalism.
