Position Overview :


Pitch Catalyst, a leading B2B service-providing startup, is seeking a dynamic Brand and Content Strategist to elevate our brand identity through social media, performance marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, capable of driving organic growth and enhancing our employer branding. This role demands creativity, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy and Identity :

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

- Create and maintain a strong brand identity across all digital and offline channels.

- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and competitive positioning.

Social Media Management :

- Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Create and curate high-quality content tailored to various social media platforms.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and strategy.

Performance Marketing :

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

- Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to increase organic growth.

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Content Creation and Management :

- Develop a content calendar and produce diverse content types, including blogs, articles, videos, and infographics.

- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand strategy.

- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

- Provide strategic insights and support for integrated marketing campaigns.

- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in brand strategy, social media management, and content creation, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Proven track record of driving organic growth and enhancing brand identity.

- Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and SEM.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.

- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
