Piramal - Manager - Marketing (6-10 yrs)
Key Accountabilities :
- Implement a marketing strategy that is aligned with the overall Piramal Realty marketing objectives.
- Implement assigned brand plans and budget to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Implement brand/project/destination strategies to maximize profitable sales for each customer segment, identify new growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors and suppliers.
- In conjunction with CRM, build and manage effective relationships with customers and identify specific initiatives that improve the overall customer journey and overall retention.
- Ensure that agreed formal briefs are provided to Marketing Services & External agencies for all relevant marketing activity.
- Work with Development and Sales to ensure that optimal product characteristics by consumer target segment are jointly agreed for each project.
- Achieve the standards that are established in KPI's / KRAs.
- Support senior management in achieving the desired project / destination ROIs as per the business plan.
- Maintain standards and guidelines for external marketing communications for assigned brand group.
- Train, develop and motivate subordinates.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge :
- Graduate Degree, preferably Marketing or Digital Marketing. Post Graduate advantageous.
