Pinnium - Manager - Business Development (2-7 yrs)
The role of the BDM is as follows:
- Manage the entire sales process and the sales team.
- Take ownership of the CRM and streamline the sales process and protocols.
- Retain and expand business with key accounts.
- Funnel all the inbound and outbound leads generated by the marketing team in to different buckets and convert them to high quality leads.
- Acquire new customers and grow potential large customers in to large accounts, without losing focus on incremental sales to smaller accounts.
- Gain technical knowledge of the products, understand the customer requirement, and provide products and solutions to the customers accordingly.
- Take ownership of the sales process and create a team of customer champions.
- Comfortable with startup environment.
