We currently supply delivery bags, industrial uniforms, chef wear, packaging solutions, etc. and sell online at pinnium.com. Some of our customers include UberEATS, Flipkart, Foodpanda, Coca Cola, Faasos, Grofers, Big Basket, Dominos, Freshmenu, Licious, etc and 1000s of restaurants across India.
Pinnium also caters to international customers across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East.

Job Description:
The role of the Associate Key Accounts Manager is as follows:
- Support the sales in the team in managing the key accounts of Pinnium, who are very large national and international food delivery brands.
- Keep a close tab on the product, logistics (domestic and international) and services cost and ensure it matches internal metrics.
- Attend to customer issues related to products and services and resolve any issues and problems of your accounts and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
- Acquire a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements.
- Preparing volume forecast and plans and work with the operations team to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Maintain a healthy relationship and look for new opportunities to serve key accounts better.
- Propose and execute turnkey projects based on customer requirement for products, solutions, and services by collaborating with other members and external partners.

Academic Qualification: Engineering and/or MBA from Tier 1 institutes
Work Experience: 2 to 4 years. Previous experience in sales/business development/account management is necessary.
