Business Development Manager
Sales Generation Through :
- Hiring field resources across defined geographies.
- Training of field resources for products, soft skills, business development skills, etc
- On-boarding new /Dealers/Distributors/Sub Dealers.
- Business development, Account Management and Product training for Dealers.
- Regular Product training of new products of Resources and Dealers.
- Lead generation through various sources.
- Preparing Sales Target and Monthly Reports (Actuals Versus Targets)
- Regular meeting with field Resources for sales push, target achievement and product training
- Attending to service call of doctors and dealers through support functions (Orikam, Field resources,channel partners,dealers)
Marketing :
- Conducting courses across different platforms (Colleges, Exhibitions, Events, adhoc, etc)
- On-boarding KOLs(Key Opinion Leaders) for our products
- Engagement with KOLs
Skill sets required :
- Good Communication Skills including local language
- Ready to Travel on the go
- Flair for execution
- Disciplined approach
Education : Graduate (preferably Science Graduate or MBA)
